Jay Lions Club Vision Screening – July 21!The Jay Lions Club will be at the Jay Boys & Girls Club on Tuesday, July 21 from 1–3 PM providing free vision screenings for our members. Kansas Club youth will also join us for this event.
Vision screenings help us catch early concerns so kids can get the support they need — quick, simple, and so important.
Please sign and return the permission slip so your child can participate.Children without a signed permission slip will not be screened.
